Hostel Policy

The following policy must be respected by every guest!

The hostel is supervised by the receptionists and if someone or a group of guests is not respecting the policy will be asked to check out immediately! In any of these circumstances, Orange Village is not refunding any prepaid money. In this matter any damages caused by disobeying our policy by any of the guest will need to be paid for.

Check in policy:

Check-In Time is 2:00PM.
Depends on our room availability early check-in may be available upon request.
Upon Check-In, photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon Check-In. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incurred additional charge. Please note that we require a refundable key deposit of $10 per key, which is returned upon checkout. The key deposit must be paid in cash or traveler’s checks. Sorry, No credit card for key deposit.

Policy while staying in the hostel:

Respect fellow guests, neighbors, and staff, and be quiet in the hallway at all times. Our hostel is non-smoking hostel. A $250 will be charged for deep cleaning service and additional charge will incur as a smoke alarm is activated and fire engines are summoned. They will also be asked to leave the premises. Guests can use the community kitchen, but they need to clean up after themselves. Complementally breakfast is between 7-10 am and only available for guests staying in our hostel. Guests may have visitors, but the hostel must be informed in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so, if there is availability, and with full payment in advance. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not allowed in the hostel.

Check out policy:

Check our time is at 11 AM.
You may be charged for late check out. Deposits are refundable if all keys, towel, bed linen and our hostel items provided at the time of your Check In are returned as was.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation must be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. which are entitled to a refund of 90% of their total amount. Your reservation depoist of 10% will not be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival time, fees to the equivalent to the first night accommodation will be charged to your credit card. No-Show will be subject to a penalty of 2 night’s room. Any changes to a reservation must be notified at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.
